- Quotation Validity: All price quotations provided by Unique Galvanizing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified.
- Payment Terms: Payment terms will be clearly mentioned in the purchase order or agreement. Any delay in payment may attract penalties as per mutually agreed terms.
- Delivery Schedule: Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to change based on material availability, production schedules, and external factors such as logistics and weather conditions.
- Installation & Commissioning: Installation and commissioning will be carried out by trained personnel. Any delays caused due to site readiness or third-party issues are not the responsibility of Unique Galvanizing Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
- Warranty: Machinery and equipment are covered under a standard warranty against manufacturing defects for a period specified in the agreement. The warranty does not cover damage due to mishandling, improper usage, or natural calamities.
- After-Sales Support: We provide after-sales support as per the service contract. Any additional visits or technical assistance beyond the agreed terms may be chargeable.
- Intellectual Property: All designs, technical drawings, and documentation shared by Unique Galvanizing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. remain our intellectual property and cannot be reproduced or shared without written consent.
- Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of the contract will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the registered office's city.
