Flux heating Systems

The flux tank is heated up by a submerged coils made of SS / PVDF, which passes through the internal billets of the PPCP sheets protected by a perforated shock resistant perforated wall This is easy to maintain and replace. Heating of the process liquid is carried out by circulating the hot water in the pipes from the hot quench tank and incase these are insufficient then the additional heat required is received from additional hot water received from a Hot water generator.
